PAYMENT PROCESSING, TAXES & DUTIES

For your convenience, Best Barf accepts a wide variety of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal. Finnish bank links: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki. Estonian bank links: SEB, Swedbank and LHV. At the point of sale, any applicable tax and/or duties required by your country of origin will be collected and submitted on your behalf. All the payments are processed in EUR €.

Bestdog OÜ is the chief processor of personal data, Bestdog OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.

ORDER PROCESSING

We strive to pack and ship orders that are placed prior to 3:00pm GMT on the same business day; all orders placed thereafter will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Best Barf is proud to offer free ground shipping on all domestic(Estonia) orders over 25€ and access to other expedited shipping.

Orders are shipped via major carriers, for example Itella, Omniva. Orders are processed and delivered on business days, though Saturday delivery may be an option at check out for an additional charge. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 days.

To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please add order processing time (same day or next business day) together with the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. ground, next day, two day).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Bestbarf.com ships internationally in Europe through Omniva. DHL is available for selected products depending on our warehouse inventory in Central Europe for countries such as Germany, Italy, France, Spain, United Kingdom. All applicable duties and taxes for international orders must be paid by the recipient and will be bill and collected at point of sale and remitted by Omniva & DHL. Estimated delivery time is up to 14 days for Omniva, 1-5 days for DHL. 

We offer free ground shipping on all orders above 75€ for international orders.
