1.1. A Data Subject is a natural person, whose information Best Barf has or information that can identify a natural person. Data subjects include, for example, physical subjects, affiliates and employees whose personal data Best Barf has.
1.3. Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
1.4. Processing of Personal Data is any operation with Data Subject’s Personal Data. 1.8. A visitor is someone who uses the Best Barf website.
1.9. A child is a person under the age of 13 in the context of the Processing of Personal Data in the Republic of Estonia.

2.1. Best Barf is a legal entity of Bestdog OÜ, registry code 14624036, located at Saaremaa, Muhu vald, Nautse küla, Jaani, 94728, Estonia.
2.2. Personal data may be processed by Best Barf:
2.2.1. determining, as controller, the purposes and means of the processing;
2.2.2. as a processor, under the instructions of the controller;
2.2.3. to the extent to which the Personal Data is transmitted.
2.3. The Privacy Terms apply to the Data Subjects, and all Best Barf employees and affiliates who have access to the Personal Data held by Best Barf are subject to the rights and obligations set forth in the Privacy Terms.
2.3.1. The Privacy Statements may supplement or they may be amended being published on the Website or on the Devices.
2.4 Bestdog OÜ is the chief processor of personal data, Bestdog OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
3.1. Best Barf will always be guided by the interests, rights and freedoms of the Data Subjects when processing Personal Data.
3.2. The goal of Best Barf is the responsible processing of the Personal Data, based on best practices, bearing in mind that we are always ready to demonstrate that Personal Data Processing is fit for purpose.
3.3. All processes, instructions, actions and activities of Best Barf in connection with the Processing of Personal Data are based on the following principles:
3.3.1. Legality. There is a statutory basis for such processing of Personal Data, such as consent;
3.3.2. Justice. The processing of Personal Data is fair because the Data Subject has sufficient information and information on how the Personal Data is being processed.
3.3.3. Transparency. The processing of Personal Data shall be transparent to the Data Subject.
3.3.4. Purposefulness. Personal data shall be collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes.

5.5. In the event that the processing of Personal Data is for a purpose other than that for which the Personal Data was originally collected, or is not based on the consent of the Data Subject, Best Barf will carefully evaluate the permissibility of such new Processing.

7.3. In the event that any Personal Data incident occurs, Best Barf will take all necessary measures to mitigate the consequences and mitigate any future relevant risks. 11.1.
