We at Best Barf want to be completely transparent to our customers. Sustainable development is one of our core values, which we believe in and want to be involved in development.

Environmentally friendly and durable packaging

All our products are packed in simple, unbleached cardboard paper bags and boxes that leave a small ecological footprint. In addition, most of our products are packed only after we have received the order. It is also possible to order products in bulk and in larger packages, in order to reduce waste. These small actions in our production chain help to reduce the impact on the environment.

Our contribution to save energy

With modern freeze-drying technology, we save a significant amount of energy, because our raw food does not need to be stored in a cold chain. Freeze drying means removing all water and moisture from raw food using sublimation technology in a vacuum environment. This process preserves more than 90% of all necessary macro and micronutrients, making it much better than other drying or preserving techniques. On top of all that, the end result - a nutrient-rich raw snack is much more energy-efficient because it doesn't need to be kept in the freezer until it's used.
