RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When you purchase our products, you own something special and we want you and your pet to love it. So simply put, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your full-priced purchase, you can apply for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. We will cover the domestic return shipping (on the condition that the package is left unopened).

If you buy something on sale and it isn’t what you expected, we will gladly exchange it for another item or a store credit. There are final sale items from time to time, and as the name says, these cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift certificates cannot be refunded, but any products purchased using one can be exchanged or is eligible for store credit if returned.

Please call or e-mail us to receive return authorization form. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, and affix the label to your package.
